An overall positive kitchen remodel project with Southeast Kitchens. This is our second kitchen in 15 years, different houses, so we knew what we wanted. Jonathon, Beth, Jonah and Michael delivered to a “T”. Most importantly, the contractors were good to work with/ around and were respectful of property and daily clean-up. Great communication and follow-up from Beth and Jonah. The schedule of events was clear and executed on time with few glitches or interruptions.
The overall project cost was very reasonable and included refinishing 1000 sq ft of hardwoods.
We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Southeast Kitchens delivers once again! The flow around our bar area in the kitchen and living space needed improving. We turned to SE Kitchens to re-imagine the space and up-level the finishings; wow, were we pleased with the end result. We had Southeast Kitchens do a complete make-over of our kitchen from the flooring up, including relocation of appliances. They did an EXCELLENT job. As with any such large project, there were occasional slight delays, but none that were unexplained. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and they hired great sub for things that needed it, such as countertops. We like them so well that we persuaded them to get outside of their usual zone and do our wet bar (a complete room). I highly recommend them.

We engaged Southeast Kitchens to update the kitchen and four bathrooms in our Kiawah island home. Since we live in the metro New York area after the initial consultations our contact with Southeast Kitchens was mainly through email text and phone. Wanting to change a dark, dysfunctional kitchen to brighter roomier workspace has been my desire since we bought this home in '15. As this was my first renovation project I did a lot of research and interviewed several firms. Selecting and working with Fran, Jonathon and the team at Southeast turned out to be a excellent decision. The design process was comfortable and Fran heard our ideas and offered suggestions never pushing and created a space that we love and that offered us more space (working and storage) than we had anticipated. The result was a "to the drywall" demo, redesigned layout and install. The craftsmen always showed up on time, did excellent work and left a clean workspace when they left. Knowing that project schedules are estimates we were very happy with the timeline and delivery. Minor issues were dealt with right away, completely and always to our satisfaction my Jonathon and the team. The end result is a kitchen workspace that is the heart of the home that we enjoy working in. Our neighbors and friends are blown away by the transition and Southeast's work product.

We did our homework and researched many contractors before selecting them and liked their approach, knowledge, design ideas, products and pricing from the beginning. We have worked with many contractors and Southeast Kitchens was among the best - always professional, fair and responsive. No construction job ever goes perfectly, and there are always a few surprises, but our project was relatively smooth and when there was an issue, Jonathon and his team responded quickly to our concerns and worked to resolve them as soon as possible. In the end, we LOVE our new kitchen, and have received many compliments, and our master shower is spectacular! After going through significant home renovations and working with many contractors, we would highly recommend Southeast Kitchens.

We worked w/ Fran on this project for a complete kitchen renovation. We met with him a couple of times to pick out countertops, a sink, and cabinets. He had lots of options and was really helpful with giving his professional opinion as to what would work/what would not. He sent us to a couple of other stores to pick out appliances and tiles, which he had worked with before. It was a long process (1 months), but he had a schedule for everything (eg, plumbers, tile, appliance installation). He was very responsive when we called with issues (eg, flooring, incorrect placement of plumbing valves, minor blemishes in cabinetry), but the people that worked on the project were professional and did a good job. We were super happy with the overall outcome, and still love our kitchen!

Southeast Kitchens did a complete kitchen makeover for us, from floor to joists, including re-routing a gas line etc. The job they did was superb. As with any such large project, there were minor delays, but they were well explained. The subs they chose for counters etc also did an excellent job.
